a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Interim Executive Director to sign the Agreement with American Janitorial & Maintenance Services, Inc., DBA: Ultimate Building Maintenance for the purpose of providing janitorial services for the rates set forth in the Fee Schedules attached as Exhibit “B”, “C”, and “D” with maximum compensation not to exceed $132,000 in any fiscal year, with a term of 7/1/26 through 6/30/29

Financial Impact:
Fees will be paid for with realignment funds, various program revenue and client fees. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
The vendor has satisfactorily provided janitorial services for the Health Services Agency for the past several years. If this Agreement is not approved, the facilities risk becoming unclean, unsafe, and potentially jeopardize the programs administered in each.
