Financial Impact:
The increased financial impact was reflected in the financial impact section for item #25-1988. This item is a corrective action to revise the number of reclassifications.
Background Information:
The Health Services Agency is requesting to reclassify one (1.00) full-time Office Assistant II to Health Services Assistant I, one (1.00) Extra Help Office Assistant II to Extra Help Health Services Assistant I, and one (1.00) Extra Help Office Assistant III to Extra Help Health Services Assistant II. The Board approved new classification specifications, PAL changes and reclassifications for this series on December 9, 2025. However, afterwards it discovered there was an oversight in the number of incumbents in the Office Assistant classification series. One (1.00) full-time employee and two (2.00) Extra-Help employees were inadvertently missed in the previous item for reclassification purposes. Therefore, the Department requests all incumbents in the classification series are reclassified. This item is for corrective purposes only.
