a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for Tehama County Community Action Agency ex officio Executive Director Bekkie Emery to sign the agreement between Tehama County Community Action Agency and Shasta County Health and Human Services to provide Wraparound services in the amount of $86,640, effective from date of last signing for 3 years

Financial Impact:
Shasta Health and Human Services Agency (SHHSA) will be invoiced monthly by Tehama County Community Action Agency (CAA) using a flat rate per customer served. Payment will be made to CAA. The revenue will be included in the CAA mid-year budget adjustment. There will be no impact to the County General Fund.
Background Information:
This new agreement will allow CAA to provide Wraparound family supports for SHHSA during the term of the contract. With the approval of this agreement, CAA will be able to provide the critical wrap services for Shasta County youth working with Child Protective Services or the juvenile court, and CAA will generate the revenue for the services.
