a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 with Hill Enterprise’s Towing (Misc. Agree. #2025-087), for the purpose of removal of abandoned vehicles and parts thereof in various states of condition within both the incorporated and unincorporated areas for fees as listed in Exhibit “C”, effective 5/1/25 and shall terminate 4/30/28

Financial Impact:

These services will be funded with monies received through the Tehama County Abandoned Vehicle Authority (TCAVASA), which are generated by a $1 vehicle registration fee imposed on vehicles registered to an owner with an address in Tehama County.

 

Background Information:

This amendment with Hill Enterprises Towing is to update Exhibit C to include that Tehama County will pay for all dump fees associated with the demolition of travel trailers and motorhomes picked up through the AVASA program.
