Financial Impact:
Requested action pertains to monies, property, or proceeds collected from federal asset seizure cases under the Federal Equitable Sharing program. Funds received pursuant to the agreement will be deposited into Fund 382, account number 301800, and used in accordance with rule and regulations of this agreement.
Background Information:
Without the approval of the Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification, The County of Tehama will not be able to receive a portion of federal asset seizure monies, property, or proceeds collected.
