a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Agricultural Commissioner to sign cooperative agreement No. 25-0251-018-SF with the California Department of Food and Agricultural (CDFA) for the provision of Asian Citrus Psyllid (ACP) detection trapping in the amount not to exceed $8,000, effective 10/1/25 through 9/30/26

The funds to be received have been identified as revenue in the department's FY 25/26 budget.
Background Information:
The department has historically entered into agreements with the California Department of Food and Agriculture to perform these services. Without an approved agreement, the department will not be eligible to receive payments for performing Asian Citrus Psyllid detection activities.
