a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Social Services Director or Designee to sign the Agreement with JUMP Technology Services, LLC. for the purpose of an automated elder abuse care and dependent adult services system for Adult Protective Services with maximum compensation not to exceed $86,905.52, effective 7/1/26 through 6/30/29 (Subject to receipt of required insurance documentation)

Financial Impact:

Sufficient funds are included in the FY 26-27 budget in 5013-532300. Funding for this will come from a combination of Health & Welfare (1991) and County Local Revenue (2011) Realignment funds. There is no impact to the General Fund.

 

Background Information:

This is a renewal agreement. JUMP Technology Services provides the licensed software system, LEAPS. LEAPS is a case management software used by social workers, supervisors and support staff responsible for receiving, investigating, and managing reports of elderly and dependent adult abuse. Tehama County Adult Services has used the LEAPS software since 2016.
