Budget Unit 40131 pertains to Mental Health. A receivable of $1,000,227 was recorded for Tehama County Health Services Agency. This transaction has no impact on the General Fund.
Background Information:
On 4/16/25, the Board of Supervisors approved the Misc. Agreement 2024-086 with Advocates for Human Potential, Inc (AHP) for the purpose of receiving a grant in support of building the infrastructure for mobile crisis teams. AHP is the contracted Administrative Entity on behalf of the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to administer the funding.
The funding was used to support infrastructure such as:
• vehicles (including modifications)
• equipment (including computer hardware and software, supplies)
• vehicle related costs (ex: insurance, fuel)
• field communications (ex: cell phone utilization fees)
• support to dispatch, training of CCMU teams and partners
• coordination and planning
• development of peers supports
• marketing and
• data collection and reporting
This Subcontractor Release and Assignment document certifies that there is property that has been purchased under the agreement and that all deliverables under the agreement have been submitted and fulfilled.
