a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Interim Executive Director to sign the Agreement with Visions of the Cross, Inc. (VOTC), for the purpose of providing residential treatment services, residential intensive outpatient treatment, and related services for the treatment of substance use disorders, with the maximum compensation not to exceed $230,000 per fiscal year, and a total maximum compensation not to exceed $690,000, effective 7/1/26 and shall terminate 6/30/29

Financial Impact:
Costs will be paid utilizing 2011 Realignment funds allocated for medically necessary services and/or Behavioral Health Services Act funds. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
This is a renewal Agreement and if this Agreement is not authorized, Tehama County clients who are currently receiving services, and those who need to do so in the future, may find it difficult to obtain placement in another program of this type.
