Background Information:

This renewal agreement with Victor Community Support Services provides mental health services to eligible children and transitional aged youth (ages 16-25) in Tehama County that meet medical necessity as defined by Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health, as well as case-by-case uninsured or non-Medi-Cal eligible children and youth. This agreement is necessary for meeting Network Adequacy Standards established by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). If the agreement is not approved, the Agency would need to look for another vendor to provide specialty mental health services for youth as outlined in the County's contract with the Department of Health Care Services.
