Financial Impact:
Services will be rendered via Task Order for various projects with various funding sources including State, Federal and local. The maximum compensation under this Agreement to the Consultant shall not exceed $5,000,000. Services are budgeted in Road Fund - Professional and Special Services #3011-53230.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works advertised a Request for Proposals (RFP) for On-Call Construction Management Services. Two responses were received on February 22, 2024 and evaluated based on qualifications to perform the scope of work identified in the RFP. Mark Thomas & Company, Inc. was determined to be the most qualified and negotiations were successful.
