Financial Impact:
Budget Unit is 40131 for Mental Health. Costs of services will be paid for with Mental Health realignment funds and/or Mental Health Services Act funds. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
This is a renewal Agreement with Debra Villasenor for the purpose of conducting activities associated with the identification, development, and operation of housing for clients with serious mental illness who receive services through the County. The housing consultant assists by developing plans for the use of Local Government Special Needs Housing Program (“SNHP”), Behavioral Health Services Act Program (“BHSA”) and No Place Like Home (“NPLH”). This includes the implementation of policies, working directly with housing developers, assisting with funding applications, and ensuring compliance with each program’s requirements as well as other local, state and federal related regulatory requirements.
