Financial Impact:
The maximum compensation amount of the Agreement is increasing from $48,000.00 to $66,000.00. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
For several years, the Health Services Agency has been utilizing the consulting services of WIPFLI Advisory LLC to assist with our annual cost reports, which are required by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the Centers for Medicare Services (CMS). The Clinic is currently undergoing an audit with DHCS related to a change in scope of services and is more detailed than anticipated. Additional consulting services are needed to assist with the audit, and the Health Services Agency does not have staff with the level of expertise needed for this project.
