Funds to cover this lease have been allocated in 5031-53260 for this ongoing expense.
Background Information:
The Board approved Misc. Agreement 2021-168 on 7/13/21. The original lease agreement contains a provision in Section 2.B. for an option to renew the lease for one (1) additional five (5) year term. This letter, if approved, will be submitted to use that provision and extend this lease through 7/4/31.
This Agreement leases space for radio equipment to be placed on the Tuscan Tower owed by KNVN. This equipment is necessary to transmit and receive emissions of Federal Communications Commission licensed radio systems.
