Background Information:
On July 22, 2025, the Board of Supervisors received a request regarding rent stabilization measures applicable to mobile home parks within the unincorporated area of the County. Based on the information gathered and ongoing community interest regarding mobile home housing affordability and tenant protections, the Mobile Home Park Rent Stabilization Ad hoc with assistance from County Counsel drafted the Rent Stabilization Protections Ordinance for Board consideration.
