The funds for this position are in the FY 2026-27 Budget Unit 40131, and the salary for this position at Range 28, Step B is $26.88/hr. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
The candidate has 8 years of accounting and payroll experience. They have hands-on experience handling complex reconciliations, full-cycle payroll processing, fund tracking and compliance. Candidate has over 14 years of progressive experience managing accounting and administrative operations requiring constant adaptability and precise record keeping. They also possess extensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, as well as Microsoft Office and Excel systems for data entry, fiscal reporting, and system audits.
If the requested action is not approved, the County will lose the opportunity to hire a qualified applicant in this position.
The Personnel Office has reviewed the Other than A Step request and is in agreement with Range 28, B appointment effective upon completion of all pre-employment requirements.
