a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Building Official to sign the Software Services Agreement with OpenGov Inc. for the purpose of providing permitting software in an amount not to exceed $60,775.28, effective 7/9/26 and shall terminate 7/8/27 (Subject to receipt of required insurance documentation)

Financial Impact:
Funding is available in Budget 2065-532300. If the Agreement is not approved, there would be substantial loss of revenue as well as a tremendous cost to the Department as new permitting software would have to be obtained.
Background Information:
The Tehama County Building Department has been using OpenGov permitting software since 2020 and this is a continuation of services.
