b) NOTICE OF COMPLETION - Request approval for the Chair to sign the Notice of Completion for the Dibble Creek Fire Station Roof Project, as contracted by Four Seasons Roofing of Chico, California

Financial Impact:
Costs of the project are included in the Fire Department's budget.
Background Information:
The existing roof at the Dibble Creek Fire Station was replaced due to age. Tehama County Fire opted for a metal roof for the project in order to extend the anticipated life of the roof and limit need for maintenance.
Change Order 1 was necessary due to dry rot found in the course of construction that required replacement.
