a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Chief Probation Officer and Chair to sign the Agreement with Chico State Enterprises for the purpose of conducting quarterly review of menus, annual site visits, specialized diet support, and technical assistance with maximum compensation not to exceed $57,999 effective 7/1/26 and shall terminate 6/30/29 (Subject to receipt of required insurance documentation)

Financial Impact:
Costs incurred as a result of services provided by this Agreement will be paid out of previously budgeted funds in Budget Units 2036-53230 (Professional Services).
Background Information:
To maintain compliance with Title 15 Minimum Standards for Juvenile Facilities Article 9, Food regulations, Tehama County Probation has partnered with Chico State Enterprises to provide the services necessary to meet these requirements. Services will include quarterly menu reviews, annual site visits, specialized diet support, and technical assistance.
