Financial Impact:

The funding source for the Agreement has been budgeted for in FY 26/27 Jail Health Budget 20321.

 

Background Information:

A Request for Proposal (RFP) was released June 2nd, 2025, for Pharmacy Services and Medical Supplies. On September 4th, 2025, two responses were received. The proposals were reviewed and scored, and Diamond Drugs, Inc. was unanimously the highest scored vendor.
