Background Information:

For the District’s Equipment Replacement Program for mobile and stationary agricultural engines, the District is requiring dealerships that want to participate in the program (i.e. sell equipment to potential grantees) to sign a dealership agreement. The purpose of this agreement is for the dealership to do initial verifications on whether equipment is eligible for replacement as well as verify that proposed replacement equipment is eligible for funding under the Carl Moyer and Farmer Programs.
