Under this Agreement, the District will provide up to $50,400 to Kevin Oliver to replace an older, higher-emission 2003 New Holland TN 70 Tractor with a new, lower-emission LS MT573 CPS Tractor equipped with a 73 BPH Diesel Fired Engine.
