Background Information:
This Ordinance amends Ordinance 2119 by updating and clarifying regulatory provisions governing the administration, operation, use, and maintenance of wastewater collection and treatment services, and prescribing regulations pursuant to the CA Health and Safety Code Section 4766. Additionally, the ordinance provides parameters for the District’s statutory authority to impose and update fees by resolution within certain subject matters.
