a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Tehama County Health Services Agency (TCHSA) Interim Executive Director to sign the California Children's Services (CCS) Whole Child Model (WCM) Program Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Partnership HealthPlan of California (MCP) for the purpose of governing the coordination between TCHSA and MCP for the delivery of care and services for members who reside in Tehama County and may be eligible for services provided, made available, or arranged for by TCHSA; effective upon signing and shall continue for three years
b) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Tehama County Health Services Agency (TCHSA) Interim Executive Director to sign the Local Health Department (LHD) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Partnership HealthPlan of California (MCP) for the purpose of governing the coordination between TCHSA and MCP for the delivery of care and services for Members who reside in Tehama County and may be eligible for services provided, made available, or arranged for by TCHSA; effective upon signing and continue for three years
c) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Tehama County Health Services Agency (TCHSA) Interim Executive Director to sign the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Partnership HealthPlan of California (MCP) for the purpose of governing the coordination between TCHSA and MCP for the delivery of care and services for Members who reside in Tehama County and may be eligible for services provided, made available, or arranged for by TCHSA; effective upon signing and continue for three years
