Financial Impact:

These projects were presented to the board on 11/5/2024 and subsequently approved. Local Assistance and Tribal Consistency Fund (LATCF) funds are eligible for most County purposes, with no impact on the general funds.

 

Background Information:

On 11/5/2024, administrative staff presented the Board with recommendations on how to allocate LATCF and ARPA funds. The Board approved these recommendations. This item aims to expedite the transfer of funds to enable the appropriate departments to proceed with their planned projects. 

 

Item A is for a gurney lift for the Coroner’s office, in order to assist in their work and increase staff safety. Items B and C are for increased cyber security agreements, as part of the approved plan for IT improvements.
