Background Information:
On October 21, 2025, the Board of Supervisors approved the new classification specification of Public Authority Supervisor. Additionally, the Board of Supervisors approved to amend the Position Allocation List (PAL) by adding one (1.00 FTE) Public Authority Supervisor.
The Public Authority Supervisor is an unrepresented classification. The requested action is to amend the resolution which establishes the terms and conditions of employment for the unrepresented employees within the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Public Authority thereby adding the new classification.
