The funds to be received have been identified as revenue in the department's FY 25/26 budget and will be deposited into Budget Unit 2061-450533.
Background Information:
The Department has historically entered into agreements with the California Department of Agriculture to perform these services. Without an approved agreement, the department will not be eligible to receive payment for performing nursery stock inspection activities.
