Background Information:
Item requested by board at 8/5 special meeting. Current Consultant contract term with LSCE expires April 30, 2027. Staff recommends a new District procurement policy be created specifically for special services contracts, our antiquated policies are not currently inline with many State Grant contracts. The board can then have more input on consultant selection.
