Financial Impact:
Sufficient funds were budgeted in FY 25-26 for the Los Molinos roof in account 53180.
Background Information:
The existing roof at the Los Molinos Fire Station needs repairs. The Mast Roofing, Inc. Re-roof & Roof Restoration system re-coats the existing roof and is warranted against leaks for 15 years which will extend the life of the building.
If undiscovered damage is found during the project requiring additional funds, an amendment will be brought back before the Board.
