Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact on the FY 2025/26 General Fund. The funds are being transferred from the AB443 funds.
Background Information:
The AB443 funds will be used to cover the costs of structural drawings and calculations for the new dispatch communications antenna tower at the Tehama County Jail. This work represents a key component of Phase One of the Emergency Radio Communications Infrastructure Improvements Project.
Upon completion of the structural drawings and calculations, the design of the new dispatch communications antenna tower can proceed. These repairs are a critical step to ensure continued progress on the Emergency Radio Communications Infrastructure Improvements project.
