Financial Impact:
There is no additional impact to the General Fund as trainings and use of the facility will be covered by membership dues approved in the fiscal year 26-27 budget.
Background Information:
SHIELD is a nonprofit company comprised of local public safety agencies. Their mission is to develop and provide effective and sustainable public safety training for responders serving the Shasta-Tehama-Trinity counties.
