Background Information:
On December 3, 2024, the Board approved the specifications for the purchase of one new 4-wheel drive full-size SUV to be utilized by the Building Department. The Purchasing Department received three bids with the bid from Red Bluff Dodge being the low responsive bid.
The Building & Safety Department is requesting the addition of a 4X4 vehicle to the departments fleet as it is imperative for Inspectors to reach remote areas of the County for required inspections. Some areas of the County get snow and a 4x4 vehicle will help ensure an Inspector can reach the location safely.
