Financial Impact:
Signatory parties to this document are agreeing to the collaboration of services outlined in the cost sharing agreement. There is no impact to the General Fund.
Background Information:
This agreement is a renewal of a multi-year MOU, which is signed by Northern Rural Training and Employment Consortium (NoRTEC) and the required partners who are part of a larger one-stop employment system to enhance access to services and improve long-term employment outcomes for individuals receiving assistance. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requires that a Memorandum of Understanding be established between designated organizations that provide workforce development services.
