b) PUBLIC HEARING - Conduct a Public Hearing to receive input on the FY26-27 sewer service fees for all connected users be added to the upcoming tax roll
c) RESOLUTION - Request adoption of a Resolution accepting the report and authorizing the Executive Director of Sanitation District No. 1 to take necessary steps to collect FY26-27 sewer service fees on the upcoming tax roll

Financial Impact:
There will be no increase to sewer fees this fiscal year. Connected users will pay the same fees assigned to their household equivalency (HE). Revenue to the District is expected for the 26-27 tax roll to be $195,509.60
Background Information:
The addition of the sewer fees to the tax roll will provide ease of collection of payment for the more than two hundred full-time and non-full-time households in the Mineral Sanitation District #1 and save the District time and budget versus hard copy mailing and phone call follow-up.
