end

Requested Action(s)
recommendation
a) Request approval and authorization to submit the In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority/Non-Profit Consortium Rate change package, which notifies California Department of Social Services of the $.25 wage increase for In-Home Supportive Services providers from $18.15 to $18.40 per hour plus estimated payroll taxes effective 7/1/26
body

Financial Impact:

In this third and final year of the negotiated pay increases (FY 26/27), the provider pay will increase by another $0.25, up to the $1.50 total approved increase. The MOE is estimated to total $3,284,379. The annual 4% inflation factor will be added each fiscal year ongoing
