The Tehama County Air Pollution Control District (District) administers multiple programs designed to reduce air pollution by incentivizing the purchase or retrofit of cleaner heavy-duty engines, including the Carl Moyer Low-Emission Equipment Incentive Program, the Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) program, and the local AB 923 program. Under this Agreement, the District will provide up to $55,000 to Todd Henderson to replace an older, higher-emission 1973 Massey Ferguson 175 tractor with a new, lower-emission John Deere 5090EL tractor.
