a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Administrative Services Director to sign the Agreement with Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI), for the purpose of providing access to SPI roads in order to assist Park Fire cleanup and recovery efforts, and further authorization to sign future road access Agreements with SPI. Effective 7/9/26 through 10/15/26

Background Information:
Staff has worked with Sierra Pacific Industries in order to ensure access to areas that are currently not accessible by US Forest Service roads, in order to allow cleanup of remaining hazardous debris from the Park Fire. This partnership will allow access through SPI’s private road network in order to benefit County programs and public health concerns.
