The increased cost from A to D is approximately $8,611.20 in annual salary. The Department has sufficient funds budgeted for this position. There is no impact to the General Fund.

Our candidate exceeds the minimum qualifications of this position, bringing over 5 years’ experience performing administrative duties, program support, and personnel functions. Additionally, the candidate has served over 4 years as an Analyst in a government agency, where the candidate performed high level analytical functions. The candidate has many applicable skills including but not limited to: analyzing complex information, interpreting federal and state regulations and policies which are skills relevant to this position.
