a) AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Agricultural Commissioner to sign Cooperative Agreement 25-0617-016-SF with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the provision of costs incurred relative to the detection of the European Grape Moth in an amount not to exceed $8,356.00, effective 3/1/26 and shall terminate 6/30/26

Financial Impact:
The funding to be received has been identified as revenue in the department’s FY 2025-2026 budget. The funds will be deposited into account 450532.
Background Information:
The Department has historically entered into Agreements with the California Department of Agriculture to perform these services. Without an approved Agreement, the Department will not receive funding for performing work related to the detection of the European Grapevine Moth.
