Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact on the FY26/27 General Fund. Funding will be supported with federal asset forfeiture funding, AB443 funds, and grant funding.
Background Information:
The Sheriff’s Office is requesting approval of the Agreement renewal with Cardan Aircraft Services to continue supporting the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office aviation program through discounted Jet A fuel services at the Red Bluff Airport. Under the renewed agreement, Jet A fuel will continue to be provided at a rate discounted by $0.50 per gallon from the airport’s posted fuel price, assisting the Sheriff’s Office in reducing operational aviation fuel costs while maintaining continuity of aviation support operations.
