a) ROAD AGREEMENT - Request approval and authorization for the Interim Director to sign Amendment No. 3 to Road Agreement 2023-3, as amended by Road Agreement 2025-1 and Road Agreement 2025-5, with Consor Engineering for the purpose of providing construction management services related to the Evergreen Road at South Fork Cottonwood Creek Bridge Replacement Project; thereby lengthening the Performance Period for an additional 60 days from 1/31/26, to 4/1/26

Financial Impact:
There will be no additional impact with this Amendment No. 3. Total compensation remains at $2,846,531.92, funded by State Transportation Improvement Plan (STIP) funds. There will be no impact the general fund.
Background Information:
The Board awarded a contract for Construction Management services for the Evergreen Road at SF Cottonwood Creek Bridge Replacement Project to Consor Engineering, at its January 24, 2023, meeting in the amount of $2,584,000. The project was originally anticipated to be complete in Fall 2024. Due to weather, water flows of SF Cottonwood Creek, and saturated soil conditions during the summer, the project completion date was extended to Winter 2024/2025. Amendment No. 1 provided funding to continue resident engineering, inspection, and environmental oversight services for the duration of the project through June 2025 and provided for a contract increase of $200,752.79. Amendment No. 2 provided for the services to complete the project and provide for close-out services and provided for a contract increase of $61,779.13. This Amendment 3 provides for additional time for these same close out services and project completion.
