Background Information:
The project consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 2,800 square feet of carpet at the Building and Planning Department offices. The old carpet is worn and in need of replacement.
The Board authorized bidding on March 26, 2024, with bids to be opened on April 15. One bid was received, within the anticipated price range.
