Directors, created to conduct the people’s business are taken openly; and that the people  
remain fully informed about the conduct of its business. Any written materials related to an  
open session item on this agenda that are submitted to the Clerk less than 72 hours prior to  
this meeting, and that are not exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Act, will  
promptly be made available for public inspection at Tehama County Flood Control and Water

Accept May 2026 Tehama County Flood Control Claims (604)  
Request acceptance of Tehama County Flood Control claims paid May 2026, in the  
amount of $107,902.68.  
Accept May 2026 Tehama County Flood Control and Water  
Conservation District Claims (603)  
Request acceptance of the Tehama County Flood Control and Water Conservation  
District claims paid May 2026 in the amount of $3,164,255.70.

Interbasin Coordination  
Staff recommends that the Board receive this report and provide feedback on the North  
Sacramento River Corridor Interbasin Coordination Framework 5-Year Implementation  
Update and the proposed regional Interconnected Surface Water approach. Staff  
further seeks Board concurrence on continued agency engagement with the NSRC  
Interbasin Coordination group to advance the regional Interconnected Surface Waters  
(ISW) technical effort as a shared priority over the next five years, to be documented  
consistently in each subbasin’s 2027 Periodic Evaluation. This does not require a  
financial commitment at this time.
