agenda or pending before this Board. The Chair reserves the right to limit each speaker to

Transit Update - TRAX General Manager Young  
Informational Presentation: Monthly update on the regional transit system consisting of  
TRAX, ParaTRAX, and METS.

Waive the reading and approve the minutes from the May 18, 2026 Tehama County  
Transit Agency Board regular meeting.

Approve Tehama County Transit Agency claims for May 2026, in the amount of  
$276,390.28.

Request acceptance of the application and authorization for staff to fill the vacant  
position as follows:  
· One (1) representative of local social service providers for the disabled,

a) Request to adopt the findings supporting a sole-source acquisition for the  
purchase of one Ford Explorer and one TRAX service truck.  
b) Request to find that waiving the formal competitive bidding process is in the  
best interest of the Tehama County Transit Agency Board based on the  
sole-source findings and documented procurement justification.  
c) Request to award the sole-source purchase of one Ford Explorer in the  
amount of $39,2293.50, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent,  
Executive Director, or designee to sign all purchase documents necessary to  
complete the acquisition.  
d) Request to award the sole-source purchase of one TRAX service truck to  
Corning Ford in the amount of $60,331.75, and further authorize the  
Purchasing Agent, Executive Director, or designee to sign all purchase  
documents necessary to complete the acquisition.
